All employees adhere to strict industry safety guidelines and are required to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol tests to insure alertness and prevent accidents and injuries on the job. We employ a full time Safety Director who visits job sites daily. All Superintendents are CPR certified and conduct weekly safety meetings with our employees. We also maintain an early return to work policy and are proud of our .85 Worker's Compensation modification factor, which translates to an injury/incidence rate of 15% below the national average.
